Submitting a consultation request does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve a date, or obligate Flourish Events & Design to provide services.

Dates, pricing, scope, and deliverables are confirmed only through a separate written proposal, agreement, invoice, or other written confirmation from Flourish Events & Design.

Event planning, design, floral, styling, and coordination services may be subject to separate terms, including deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, vendor requirements, venue rules, weather contingencies, substitutions, and production deadlines.

If separate written service terms conflict with these Terms, the separate written service terms control for that event or project.

Payments, retainers, refunds, credits, postponements, and cancellations are governed by the applicable written proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, website inquiries alone do not hold event dates.

All website text, images, branding, design, and other content are owned by Flourish Events & Design or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

This website or our communications may reference third-party websites, venues, platforms, vendors, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, pricing, conduct, or performance.
